Kristin Moore | President
Kristin Moore lives in Pelham, NH. She works as a management consultant. Previously, she worked at Road Scholar, a not-for-profit educational travel organization, for 26 years. Her interests include gardening, reading and spending time in Maine with her family.

Liana Kipp | Vice President
Liana Kipp lives in Lowell, MA (born and raised) and now raising her two little boys in Lowell. She works in Governance, Risk & Compliance team at UKG. You can typically find her in any of the neighborhood parks on weekends, entertaining her kids so they can burn off their endless energy.

Nicholas Stellakis | Secretary
Nick Stellakis lives in Andover, MA. He works as an attorney at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in Boston. His interests are family, reading, and working in his yard.

Loraine Murtagh | Director
Loraine Murtagh lives in Winchester, MA. She is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, and retired from a 21-year career in State Government. She loves puzzles, jewelry making, art, and learning new things.

Susan Smith | Director
Sue Smith lives in Lowell, MA. She is retired from the Lowell Public Schools and currently works as resident support staff at House of Hope family shelter. Her interests are her grandchildren, travel, volunteering, the WISH Project and consignment

Chad Groenwoldt | Director
Chad lives in North Chelmsford with his wife and children. He currently works as an Office Manager for Philips Healthcare and has been a proud supporter of The Wish Project for many years,  before joining our board in 2022. In the Summer he enjoys growing his garden of weeds in hopes of harvesting 3 green beans, 2 eggplants and a Sunflower, by September. The remaining months he focuses on trying to complete his children’s’ wish projects, like building a full size basketball court that will convert into a backyard ice rink which never seems to freeze, a bobsled luge from the roof to said ice rink and recently told to work on an authentic wooden bowling alley down the driveway, for the new found interest of his youngest. In is spare time he enjoys resting his eyes and watching the same 1990’s movies, repeatedly.

Michelle Miakos | Director
Michelle Miakos lives in Haverhill, MA. She is the owner of 8 Waves Creative, Marketing Agency. Her interests are working with others to support families and our community.

Randy Mason | Treasurer
Randy has over 30 years of experience in operations, finance and regulatory compliance within the healthcare field. He has used his expertise in operations improvement to drive productivity and solve business issues in medical centers and non-profit organizations throughout Massachusetts. Randy is the former Vice President of Research Operations at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he also served as the institution’s Research Integrity Officer and chaired the Conflict of Interest Committee. He has experience working with large teams, significant budgets and complex organizational structures. He holds BS in Biology, an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a graduate certificate in Financial Planning. Randy’s volunteer passions include environmental conservation and animal welfare. In addition to his work at The Wish Project, he is on his town’s Conservation Commission and is very active with rescue dog transport. He lives in North Reading with his rescue pittie Stella Luna.

Brittany McCauley | Director
Brittany McCauley lives in North Chelmsford, MA. She works as an Information Security Manager at Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). Her interests are playing/watching rugby, spoiling her American Staffordshire Terrier named Bo with her husband Ryan, weekend hikes with her mom, and going out to dinner with family and friends

Rob Michael | Director
Rob Michael lives in Westford MA. He retired from a career in Information Technology in 2012 and was a co-owner of a sailboat rig manufacturing company until 2020. His interests include adventure travel, volunteering, learning in a wide variety of areas, woodworking, antique cars, pickleball, canyoneering, hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking.

Jeanne Caraglia | Director
Vice President of Engineering at UKG, formerly Kronos, since 2017. Jeanne grew up in Wakefield, MA, attended college at Suffolk University in Boston, and received her M.B.A. from University of Lowell.  Jeanne and her husband Joe raised their two grown children, Matt and Katherine, in Georgetown, MA and currently live in Middleton, MA.  Jeanne is passionate about helping others and is lucky enough to work with two like minded fellow board members, Liana Kipp and Brittany McCauley, at UKG. In her spare time Jeanne likes to read, travel, and spend time with friends and family. Jeanne looks forward to working with the amazing team at The Wish Project and supporting the mission of helping people.
