Cheryl Porzio stopped by the warehouse this morning with her donations for our Mother Day gift bag project. These donations will become part of the special bags that we will be gifting to local moms who are struggling.
Thank you Cheryl. Your donations are helping to bring joy to so many moms in the Merrimack Valley.

A family stopped by the warehouse today to pick up clothing, mattresses, bed frames, bedding and Lori was sure to send them off with cuddle bundles for all 4 of their children. We love seeing happy families leave the warehouse!

Oliver and Kelly Lucy, from Chelmsford Integrated Preschool PTO, stopped by the warehouse today with a generous donation of new socks! The school held a collection and were able to donate 425 pairs of new women’s, men’s, and children’s socks. These will become part of our Mother’s Day gift bags and also go out to our regular clients picking up clothing orders. Thank you Oliver, Kelly, and all of the CHIPS families!

Big thanks to Kenny from UPS for bringing us all of the donations sent in. Our delivery drivers have been working so hard this past year to get all of the items to the warehouse, so that we can get them to the people who need them.

A huge thank you goes out to Lisa Dibartolomeo! She not only dropped off donations for BITS Bags, but she also included a bag of beautiful, hand made baby blankets. Each blanket was wrapped up in a bow and included a matching hat as well as a hand written note card including the size of the blanket, what it’s made of, washing instructions, and hat size. We were so very excited to receive them and we can’t wait to include them in our newborn baskets and gift them to new moms.
Thank you Lisa for your bits donations, these beautiful blankets and hats, and all of the love and thoughtfulness that went into these gifts!

More happy caseworkers picking up BITS Bags! These bags, filed with age appropriate and educational toys, will soon be in the hands of local infants and toddlers. We are all so happy knowing that we are helping local children grow and learn.

The Tuesday team! Jack and Steve come in every Tuesday to sort through the house wares and kitchen donations. They are responsible for making up all of the household kits that we give out to clients moving into new homes. Rob is here every Tuesday afternoon to accept your donations at the donation dock. We are so lucky to have such an awesome team of dedicated, regular volunteers! (Not pictured- Mel and Mike who also work the donation dock and help with all sorts of other warehouse tasks)

Thank you to Project Linus and The Knitting Ministry of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Bedford for answering our call for baby blankets! We received many beautiful blankets that were clearly made with so much love. These will soon make their way to our clients homes and be used to keep babies warm and happy.

The guys from Mocano Movers stopped by the warehouse with some of our clients and left with a truck full of furniture and home goods. We love seeing happy smiles!
To be able to send more clients off to their new homes with all the need, we need to restock the warehouse. We are currently in need of twin mattresses and box springs, microwaves, frying pans, and steak knives.

If you have any of these items to donate, please take a moment to fill out our online donation form
https://www.thewishproject.org/drop-off-donation-form/ And stop by the warehouse Tuesday-Saturday 9-2:45
