This year among other things we learned how important it is to support local business. Staff member Patty did just that. She purchased a gift certificate to donate to our Winter Wishes Open your Heart online auction from her favorite neighborhood restaurant Chelmsford Pizza in Chelmsford. Now someone else will have the chance to try some of their delicious pizzas and entrees in time for Valentine’s Day when they bid on the gift certificate during our auction. Patty highly recommends their steak tip salad! Next time you are visiting your favorite local shop or restaurant pick up a gift certificate to donate toward our auction and help to support local businesses as well as the community we serve!
