donation

Cheryl Porzio stopped by the warehouse this morning with her donations for our Mother Day gift bag project. These donations will become part of the special bags that we will be gifting to local moms who are struggling.
Thank you Cheryl. Your donations are helping to bring joy to so many moms in the Merrimack Valley.

Oliver and Kelly Lucy, from Chelmsford Integrated Preschool PTO, stopped by the warehouse today with a generous donation of new socks! The school held a collection and were able to donate 425 pairs of new women’s, men’s, and children’s socks. These will become part of our Mother’s Day gift bags and also go out to our regular clients picking up clothing orders. Thank you Oliver, Kelly, and all of the CHIPS families!

Thank you Molly, Will, and Katherine Gardner for the awesome donation of BITS Bags! We love seeing kids thinking of other kids and making sure that they all have access to these basic toys.

Thank you Lisa Tenczar and Dance Energy for the awesome donation of diaper bags and crib sheets. These were much needed items in the warehouse and will soon go out to new moms in our community.

Thank you Westford Academy student Sheil Patel for collecting items off of our greatest needs list. The clothing will go right out to clients, the bubbles, crayons, and coloring books will be used in BITS Bags, and the toiletries will go in our personal hygiene bags for clients. We are so thankful for all of your hard work gathering these much needed items.

If you are a student looking for volunteer hours, please email tina@thewishproject.org for more information.

The Champney family arrived at the warehouse to drop off donations at the same time that Rob showed up to deliver three couches! They jumped right in to help Rob unload his trailer and get the couches up on our loading dock. Thank you to these awesome donors who worked together to get items to us that our clients need.

Thank you Cassandra Floor and Gotta Dance Dance Studio for the donation of puzzles for our BITS bags. These super cute puzzles will go in the bags, along with bubbles, crayons, a coloring book, a beach ball, tub toys, a book, and a new baby toy and given to local families in need with small children. These parents are often not able to provide their children with age appropriate toys for stimulation, and these children are at a greater risk for developmental delay. Our goal is to give these bags to every family needing them to help aid in their children’s development.

Thank you Lowell YMCA, and all of the generous donors who ordered off of our Amazon wish list, for answering our plea for women’s underwear! We now have many packages to give to clients who turn to us for clothing.

Thank you Lisa Coella for the donation of a case of tide pods, tooth brushes, and toothpaste! These will go in out cleaning and hygiene kits that go out to our clients, to help keep them clean and healthy during this pandemic.

Denille Ruth stopped by the warehouse her sons Jack and James to pick up their auction items. While they were here, they also donated items for our BITS bags! Thank you Denille, Jack, and James!
